At Ten Thousand, we stand by our gear; if your training apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or seamless exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
